How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details.

This email will also include a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please note: Tracking may not be available for a few days after you place your order.

If you don't see any updates right away, don't worry—your package is on its way. Just check back later. You can track your order at any time via the link in your confirmation email.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

At Enzo Morelli, we do everything to make sure your order arrives safely—but if something goes wrong, we’ll of course take care of it.

Lost packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, we recommend:

  • Check your shipment tracking
  • Wait an additional 1–2 business days—minor delays can happen
  • If nothing changes after that, please email us at info@enzo-morelli.com with your order number

We’ll review the case right away and offer a suitable solution—e.g., a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Did you receive a damaged product or the wrong item (e.g., wrong color or size)? No problem! Please:

  • Take clear photos of the product and the packaging
  • Briefly describe the issue
  • Send everything along with your order number to info@enzo-morelli.com

Our team will review the case and send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Since we process every order immediately after it’s placed, cancellation or modification is unfortunately no longer possible once it has been confirmed.

This ensures that your package arrives quickly and reliably.

If you don’t wish to keep the item after receiving it, feel free to contact us – we’ll discuss the next steps together.

Can I change my order or add something to it?

Since we process every order immediately after it’s placed, changes are unfortunately not possible – this includes adding more items, changing sizes, or adjusting the address.

This ensures fast delivery and a smooth process.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you’ve noticed a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to help – but once processing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
